Select the job that you want to apply for from the list of Career Opportunities on our website and complete the application form so we can start reviewing your profile.
Complete Technical Test
Once your complete our application forms, you will be sent an invitation to perform a technical test. This test is designed to test your technical skills and abilities for the position you have applied for. If you pass this test, we will advance you to the next stage.
Initial Screening Call
Once our recruitment team has reviewed your profile and it matches our hiring criteria, you will receive and initial phone call for screening in which you will be asked preliminary questions about your application and background.
Zoom Interview
Once you pass our initial screening, our recruitment team will invite you for a scheduled Zoom interview which will be the most important part of your application to get selected. Our recruitment team may request you to appear for more than one interview if needed.
Offer Acceptance
If you pass the interview and all the previous stages, we will send you an offer via email sharing our desire to hire you and join our team. You will have to express your acceptance via email after which our team will initiate the onboarding process.
Onboarding
Once you have accepted our offer, our onboarding team will help you in getting started. They will give you orientation and all the necessary trainings to make your onboarding journey as smooth as possible. Our team will also invite you at our physical address for documentation and formaliites.
